Lingard did run the show perfectly as England cruised past Andorra following a 4-0 win
Man United’s talented man, Jesse Lingard was involved in three goals as England saw off a deserving win against Andorra on Sunday night.
The Three Lions saw the scoring lines opened by Man United’s forgotten man when he fired in the ball while in the enemy’s box.
He then later went on to fire in from far range after receiving a fine pass from Bukayo Saka to net his brace.
As if not enough to prove he shouldn’t be on the bench at United, Lingard went on to provide Saka with a fine cheap assist to net an easy goal.
It’s strange despite his performance at West Ham United on loan, Ole Solskjaer still don’t see a reason to return Lingard to United’s starting 11.
Netting 9 goals in 16 Premier League appearances for the Hammers forced them into pushing hard for a permanent deal but the 28-year-old made it clear he would love to remain at United.
But it’s vivid, Solskjaer doesn’t see the attacker as part of his project as he has mostly been on the bench for United.
Meanwhile following intel from an inside source it’s been revealed that Lingard could be getting back into United’s line up anytime soon.
An insider disclosed the board at Old Trafford are already questioning Ole Solskjaer’s decisions of leaving out Jesse Lingard despite his impressive form.
It’s been also said the board wants Lingard to be involved more in United’s games when the international break is over.
“It’s confusing, even to the board,” an insider said; “Everyone is already questioning.
“His goals last night reminds of what he did with West Ham United during his loan spell.
“Lingard is talented and it can’t be denied. It’s good to see how much he has developed so far.
“He has been through alot and the development marks the spirit of a warrior. He should get the chance he deserves.
“For the manager, I believe he has his reasons for leaving him out but yet I still think he deserves game time.”
