Antonio Rudiger Finally Sends Message To Chelsea Board Amid Bayern Munich Interest

The German is linked to tripping to his Country side to join the best in Bundesliga

Chelsea could see Anthony Rudiger leaving Stamford Bridge to Bayern Munich if they fail to reach an agreement before the resumption of the transfer market.

Rudiger’s current contract will be exhausted in few months and not reaching an agreement would mean him possibly leaving as a free agent despite having become a major pillar in Thomas Tuchel’s 11.

Bayern Munich are linked as the main club chasing after his signature and considering it’s a team in his country, Rudiger could make the move.

He has won the several trophies at Chelsea and should Bayern assure the money then it won’t be a bad call for him.

It’s reported that the last offer Chelsea presented to Rudiger was a disappointing one and as such he didn’t accept it.

Chelsea would have to quickly draw out a better contract to convince the 28-year-old to stay as he breaks silence on his future uncertainties at the club.

“I still want to play here and I believe soon we will reach an agreement for me to extend my contract,” Rudiger said.

“The club is a good place with a good history. Am glad to be part of this club and winning trophies has remained our motive.

“It’s a club with high demand for super talented players and that’s why only the best in their prime survive here.

“It’s true that there are rumors from Bayern Munich, am just happy that it shows the amount of positive works I have done so far.

“I hope to do more to help the team win games and hopefully another champions league trophy.”

Following Rudiger’s statement, it’s clear that he is calling on the Chelsea board to draw a reasonable contact soon enough so he could be assured his long term plans still remain with the Blues.
